- Support design development for constructability, affordability, and schedule efficiency.
- Conduct plan reviews for cost-effectiveness, code compliance, and constructability.
- Coordinate value engineering to reduce costs without compromising quality or performance.
- Participate in contractor prequalification and bidding strategy to ensure best value selection.
- Establish clear scope definitions, assumptions, exclusions, and alternate pricing as part of contract review.
