- Represent the Owner’s interests with professionalism, ensuring all project activities align with ownership goals.
- Serve as the Owner’s primary on-site representative and single point of contact throughout design and construction.
- Communicate project progress and forecasts clearly, providing transparency on schedule, budget, and risks.
- Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings to coordinate updates and issue resolution.
