- Coordinate transition between construction, leasing, and operations teams for smooth project handoff.
- Oversee warranty management and post-occupancy follow-up to confirm owner satisfaction.
- Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings to coordinate updates and issue resolution.
